No.  The PPO program is a reduced fee plan option based on geographic maximum allowable charges (MAC).  You will be reimbursed according to the MAC schedule in your area.  There are no monthly eligibility rosters or a specialty referral process.  This is a program that you will be able to integrate into your practice with ease.
